I went to Culvers and purchased a butter burger with no cheese no onions 24 piece chicken tenders with two french fries. I received one double cheeseburger one butter burger with no onions no cheese two chicken tenders and one french fry.
I went in to let them know that they charged me six dollars and change for a burger I did not order and I did not get the second french fry that I wanted. The manager Charlie said he would refund my money but throw the double cheeseburger away which made absolutely no sense to me when as a human being I could give that to someone who is hungry on the side of the road instead he told me well he would have to charge me for that burger and still got very upset when I asked for the second french fry that I never received. So I told him that humanity in me will not let me allow him to throw that burger away the cheeseburger that I did pay for but did not want which again was six dollars and some change, I could not let him throw that away when I could give that to someone in need of it. He got an attitude did not give me the refine and ask the other young man to get me the french fries and he walked away.
I normally do not complain and I just go on about my day but he was very rude and very impatient and told me that it is just the companys policy to throw the food out versus giving it to someone in need again. Again I pay for a cheeseburger I did not white and basically did end up getting the french fry the second french fry but he had an attitude and that is not good customer service. I have come to this Culvers several times on W. Price Rd.
in Suwanee Georgia down from North Gwinnett high school and never had any issues. Again it was not my fault that the order was wrong because the young lady asked me three times in the drive-through what I wanted so maybe she just could not hear properly but I feel like the issue was not resolved in a good manner. Also maybe just let the people keep the food that they mistakenly gave so that we could give it to someone in need versus being wasteful and throwing it away.
Also I do not have my receipt because he threw it away once he got the attitude. But I will take a picture of the cheeseburger that I did not want and my number again we dont even eat cheese in my household thats why I purchased the first burger with no cheese

DondI went through drive-through on August 5th 2022 I ordered a double scoop turtle Sunday. I was then made to wait in my vehicle while they were fixing my Sunday and then once they brought it out to me it was not what I had ordered !
So I parked and went inside to voice my complaint and saw that there were at least 6 employees standing around not doing anything to be productive! This is *** poor management! I asked to talk to the manager and was told they were on break and were unavailable.
All of them should be fired. A good mgr attends to their employees and customers no matter what they are busy doing!

User's recommendation: Check your order because the workers don't listen. 8ve heard many customers say this, and since it wasn't busy, I didn't think they would mess up. The so-called manager, Brandon was playing with the other worker, doing doing full body pickups.

I dont complain much but when Im inspired to. Ive gone to numerous out of town culvers and have always been pleased, but your mt Vernon il location sucks.
I shouldnt have to complain constantly about cold fries, burnt burgers and recently a fish swimming in so much mayo or tartar sauce that when I removed the bun it pulled the breading off, and now I get a cone without one drop of ice cream inside it. Im done with my local culvers, I hope the money saving management gets what they want and this spot closes soon, they are ruining what I thought it meant to be culvers, as I said no one should have to complain about this stuff because it shouldnt have happened at all

TERRIBLE - UNCOOKED FOOD Middleton, WI CULVERS 0005
Hello Culvers,
I wanted to report a terrible, uncooked butter cheese burger at the Culvers 0005 Middleton, WI location. The burger was not even cooked and showed so much red meat on both burgers.
We did not even eat the two burgers. We felt sick after awhile. We do have pictures if you would like us to email them to you.
We greatly appreciate a call back or some feed back. Thanks !
