Terrible service

Terrible service, had to repeat my order 3 times, then argued with me at window about what I ordered. They only gave me half of my order and 1 napkin, then asked where concrete mixers were. My husband went inside, talked with manager. She apologized and offered to give us our coupons back as some kind of condolence for poor service. This was my third visit to Culvers this week, first one at this store. I have no desire to eat here again.

Burgers were ordered extra well & one on toast instead of bun. Both werent cooked as ordered & the one on toast was soggy with butter. It was awful. Certainly not Culvers reputation!!

Complaint about manager

What happen was I have E-coupons on my phone and the. Manager didn't want to accept them and accused me of havng multiple e-mail account and followed me to other restaurant just to refused my coupons. It was embarrassing I was there with my family and this manager(Shawn) Accused me this. I'm a retired Autoworker, 6 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps and Sub pre-k teacher

Unsatisfactory

Hair in my sons ice cream, asked for cheese curds instead of fries did not get them, when I called to speak with a manager she didnt know what I was talking about because she doesnt speak English and then hung up on me!!!!!!!!!!asked for a concrete mixer and never got it? Called back a male answered with no customer service at all!!! Worst time at Culvers ever!

Complaint

A couple of months ago my daughter (from Huntsville, AL) and I visited Culvers in Port Richie, FL. I have always raved about Culvers and I was very disappointed this time. Even the haddock sandwich was not as good as it used to be, maybe it was just the roll,. I'm not sure. After eating I went up to the counter and ordered a hot fudge sundae. I stood there and watched the girl trying to get hot fudge. It was all but gone and yet I was charged the full price. I never complained, but I will never go there again.

Cleaning issue

There was food on the floor trash on the floor. On the tables that are open there was food on them and trash. On one of the seat there was ketchup where your legs go. It was very gross it was not welcoming. In the kitchen of what I could see was no cleaner either. The ice cream mixer had caked on ice cream on it. What if someone was allergy to what was on it. The manger went to open the mint mix with his key. On the counter were they made the ice cream there was caked on for there. We are dealing with covid -19 right now there should be a person to be cleaning at all times. We talk to the manger on duty he blame it on the last manger that was there. Who ever the last manger was should of made sure it was clean before leaving. He then sent out a girl we went to talk to her she said she was just hired and did not know how to clean. By the looks of it no one there knows how to clean.To have your place clean. The ice cream we got was melted it took for ever to bring it out.

Just received a very bad burger the worst

There was a long wait but no problem as long as the food is good but didnt open bag till I got home. The burgers were dry over cooked. Just horrible I threw away just couldnt eat. Was very surprised

As someone who works in fast food I would never ever argue with a costumer about giving them sauce like????? What the *** When you have 4 meals you need more than 2 damn sauces. And if that *** in the drive thru window had a problem she couldve taken that up with someone other than me after she charged for the sauce so give them sauce and stop acting like you work at McDonalds

I called Culvers Headquarters, They responded saying the owner Luis would call back and rectify the issue. As of today, 4/21/21 No Luis, nor Culvers rep has called to correct the issue. Kindest Regards, Alby Keneth

I purchased a malt and waited 15 minutes. Wrong cover which could have spilled in my card. No apology from the manager. I hated the wait time. I was on my lunch from work. Only get 30 minutes. This use to be a nice place. Not anymore.

Went to a Culvers in Waupaca, Wisconsin. Ordered a 2 scoop cone and a concert mixer. The cone looked like a single scoop and the mixer was supposed to have butterfinger mixed in. I was lucky to find a piece or 2 of butterfinger. disappointed. And the cone was also a disappointment,more like a single scoop. For $8.52 you would think it would be satisfying, but it was not. For that amount of money I'll go buy a bucket of ice cream at the store. Needless to say I wont go back. Sad because I love the ice cream. .

I have been a customer of Culvers for years. I dont know if it is this location or the quality of Culvers in general but I have a picture of my fish sandwich. Culvers should be ashamed of what they sold and at what price you charged. Over the past year the quality has circled the drain. I have never complained but last night was the bottom line.
