Culvers - What a joke
I had ordered a salad with chicken on it. That is the last thing I ate that day.
I'm allergic to shellfish and carry an epi pen. Later that night the inside of my mouth started to swell. I spoke to the manager at the counter about my experience basically to let her know what happened. This gal couldn't care less!!
She was more worried about waiting on the drive thru, and kept repeating how the shellfish was on the other side of the kitchen. I explained that they must've cross contaminated the salad. Again, she told me where the fish (shrimp) was kept and the salads where in another location. I filled out their form online and marked the best way to contact me was by email.
A couple days later I get a voicemail from the assistant manager. Umm, I already spoke to the store, why would I talk to the assistant manager??
