Culvers - Worst experience i have ever had there
i ordered 2 single cheeseburger baskets. (I had coupon-buy one get one free).
I told her I had the coupon. a bunch of number repeatedly kept changing on the amount due. I asked what is happening, are you done or what. I received no answer, so I pulled up to the window.
the person at the window was very unfriendly. I gave her the coupon and $10.00. she practically shoved the money to me. I almost dropped it.
when she handed me the sodas, I noticed that one had pop about to run down the side. I asked her if she could wipe it off. she half wiped it and handed me the napkin to finish wiping it myself. when I went to eat the burger, it was almost cold as well as burnt.
I was too tired and upset to go back, so I just threw it away. I have always enjoyed Culver's, but this visit makes me want to quit going there

The corporation Culverโs stood behind an employee, who died, and gave his family a day of profits. I think thatโs amazing and something Iโll never forget. Iโm not saying you didnโt get poor service, but contact management and get the issue resolved.
